  13. No restrictions are placed by the Author on programs created using the
  14. Precognition builder program and/or the Precognition library, source, or
  15. headers.  (i.e. you can sell programs which make use of Precognition
  16. and you don't have to pay me.)

  19. personal gain. Costs for distribution may, however, be recovered. If you
  20. wish to add warrenties or services beyond those already provided, a fee may
  21. be changed for services rendered (GNU style).  The author of the Precogniton
  22. reserves the right to modify or amend the terms covering their contributed
